Our guarantee
If The Bridge Sports Group cannot offer your family at least one school with a base tuition within the budget you shared with us, we will refund the full amount you paid for your package.
What our packages do not guarantee
Our packages pay for our search, guidance and support services. No package guarantees admission to a specific school, a place on a team, playing time, a scholarship or financial aid, or the approval of a student visa. Those decisions are made by schools, coaches and government authorities.
How to request a refund
To request a refund under our guarantee, message us on WhatsApp at +1 (304) 871-7008. Please include the student's name and the package purchased. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
College Placement
The College Placement package is only offered after an introductory call and our decision to work with the athlete. Its terms are agreed directly with each family.
